Start your rewarding journey with St. Luke’s.

The St. Luke’s Graduate Medical Education program offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Residents who have successfully completed the St. Luke’s residency program and moved into practice have commented on the cost of living in the Lehigh Valley and they found that they had more buying power than in the large cities.

Salary

Our resident salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience. Participating in any residency requires a time and/or financial sacrifice, although our graduates report the long-term benefit exceeds the short-term sacrifice.

Additionally, we offer full residency tuition coverage opportunities. There are also options through most federal loan providers which make the residency year more manageable. One option is deferment in which you would not be expected to pay on your loans while in residency, but your interest would still accumulate. Other options include income driven repayment plans. For more information, contact your student loan provider.
