The goals of the Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency program are as follows:
- Improve your knowledge and skills: Residents will effectively diagnose and treat patients with pediatric disorders demonstrating a high level of care using evidence-based clinical skills.
- Become a leader: Residents will be ambassadors for physical therapy through mentoring, teaching, marketing, and interprofessional collaboration across the continuum of care.
- Develop your passion: Residents will demonstrate humility & lifelong learning through continuing competence activities.
- Family-Centered Care: Consistently develop strong therapeutic alliance with patients and families.
