Health Maintenance

A free Annual Health Risk Assessment, biometric screening, and well-being challenges are available to all employees and spouses covered on either health plan, as part of Caring Starts with You Core & Beyond, St. Luke’s Employee Wellness Program. Upon completion of the online health assessment, participants receive a personal health report showing their overall health risk, and specific areas of low, moderate and high risk. Participants are also offered information and resources to help maintain or improve their health.
