How to Apply

Addictions Medicine Fellowship

Candidates interested in applying must have completed an ACGME-accredited residency in Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Preventative Medicine, Anesthesiology or Psychiatry and be board certified or eligible in their respective field. We participate in the National Resident Matching Program. Applications for the 2024-2025 academic year will be accepted and reviewed through Electronic Residency Application Service online system.

Your application is not complete until we can view the following supporting documents:

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Dean’s letter
  • Letters of recommendation from two (2) faculty members or professional staff
  • Medical school transcript
  • Personal statement, limited to two (2) pages
  • USMLE or COMLEX scores through Step 3
