Surgical Skills Lab
St. Luke’s University Health Network’s Surgical Skills Lab provides physician residents, fellows and practicing physicians an opportunity to learn, practice and improve the fundamentals of laparoscopic surgery, gastrointestinal endoscopy and the safe use of surgical energy-based devices.
The Joel C. Rosenfeld, MD, Surgical Skills Lab at St. Luke’s Bethlehem Campus has been designated as the area’s only testing centers for laparoscopic and endoscopic surgical skills and the safe use of surgical energy. More than 200 doctors and surgeons annually come to St. Luke’s from hospitals throughout the Northeast to complete their exams. Testing is available five days per week.
