Medical Physics

Application materials consists of:

  1. Personal information (name, address, contact information)
  2. ABR certification status
  3. Disclosure of criminal behavior, academic violations, and/or licensure actions
  4. Employment history
  5. Military service history (if applicable)
  6. Education (undergraduate and graduate)
  7. Three references (including one from current advisor or department head)
  8. Personal statement (max 3000 characters) indicating why you want to go into medical physics.
  9. Uploaded CV (should include awards, publications and presentations)
  10. Transcripts and a copy of TOEFL results (if applicable)
    1. Can be uploaded, or
    2. Official copies can be mailed to Medical Physics Residency Application, Radiation Oncology, 801 Ostrum Rd, Bethlehem PA 18015
  11. Residents who have interest in applying to the Medical Physics Residency Program at SLUHN are required to have either an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in physics, medical physics, or a related discipline. Additionally, candidates must also be graduates of CAMPEP-accredited MS/PhD programs.
