Hospice & Palliative Medicine Advanced Practitioner Fellowship
Welcome to St. Luke’s Hospice & Palliative Medicine Advanced Practitioner Fellowship! Our program is a unique, one-year training program primarily based at St. Luke’s Anderson Campus in Easton and the Hospice Inpatient Unit in Saucon Valley. This fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Care is designed to equip qualified, committed, and caring nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants with the clinical and academic expertise to become future leaders in hospice & palliative medicine. Advanced practitioners in this program work with members of our hospice and palliative team and train side-by-side with physician fellows in our hospice and palliative medicine physician fellowship program.
St. Luke's University Hospital Network is diverse and expansive with fully integrated Epic ambulatory and inpatient EMR across 12 hospital campuses. St Luke’s is responsible for training more than 400 GME Residents and Fellows in a variety of fields.
The palliative ACP fellowship aligns with the ANA and HPNA Palliative Nursing: Scope and Standards as well as the HPNA Competencies for the Hospice and Palliative Advanced Practice Nurse as well as the HPNA Standards for Clinical Education.
