Educational Activities
The residents of the St. Luke’s Emergency Medicine Residency Program enjoy well-rounded and interactive learning experiences as they train to become excellent physicians capable of managing every condition that might be encountered in any emergency department across the country. In addition to ever-present bedside teaching, educational tools we use include workshops, self-directed learning, journal club, and weekly grand round conferences. We also hold quarterly SIM wars to facilitate friendly, educational competition.

- Advanced Airway Course
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Advanced Trauma Life Support
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- Fundamental Critical Care Support
- Base Station Command Physician
- Bedside Ultrasound Training Course
- Simulation Training
- Procedure Lab
Optional Training includes:
- Hazardous Materials Decontamination (Operations Level)
