Application process

College volunteers make a difference in the lives of our patients, staff, and visitors. To explore health care opportunities, complete all three required steps in our application process. Then we’ll contact you to schedule an interview.

Print, read and sign these forms. Take a picture or pdf to upload into the registration form. Forms must have a physical signature.

Note: All volunteers must receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

Secure two references from individuals outside of your family and friends. To do so, send them the Volunteer Reference Form.

Note: References will be forwarded automatically to the appropriate department.
