- 2-year employee commitment to St. Luke’s laboratory services after program completion
- Capability and approval to sit for the ASCP registry exam for the Microbiology, Medical Technologist (ASCP) test within 3 months post-program OR Medical Laboratory Scientist registry exam with 5 years of clinical lab experience

- Perform moderately to highly complex testing on analytical equipment to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
- Conduct quality control and maintenance procedures on equipment to ensure accuracy and precision in patient testing
- Learn from assigned faculty and mentorship
