Dentist and patient looking at dental x-rays

What to expect at your first visit.

During your first visit to St. Luke's OMS one of our board-certified oral surgeons will evaluate and explain your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation. Some patients, including those with a complex medical history will require an initial visit followed by a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

Please bring the following items to your first consultation.

  1. Your surgical referral slip and any x-rays if applicable.
  2. A list of medications you are presently taking.
  3. If you have medical or dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
