The Legal Services Department provides advice and counsel on a wide range of legal matters. The Legal Services Department may engage outside counsel to assist it concerning matters requiring specialized expertise. Outside counsel will not contact administrators directly without prior authorization from the Legal Services Department. We ask that administrators refrain from contacting outside counsel directly on matters relating to Network business unless first approved by the Legal Services Department.
