As a physician, it is my goal to know all of my patients on a personal level in order to provide optimal care. There is no single treatment option that can be applied to all patients. Getting to know each patient individually, and understand their physical goals, allows me to provide the best possible treatment plan for their injury.
I am an orthopedic surgeon who provides surgical treatment to a wide variety of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries. With subspecialty fellowship training in sports medicine and arthroscopy, I am especially passionate about joint preservation and minimally invasive procedures of the shoulder and knee. I have a particular interest in surgery for rotator cuff and labral tears of the shoulder. With respect to the knee, my areas of interest include ligament repair and reconstruction, meniscal repair, and cartilage restoration. I have provided care to patients of all ages and activity levels, from competitive athletes to weekend warriors to more sedentary individuals who want to return to their daily activities.
I am currently a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine, and the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics.
Outside of work I enjoy running, skiing, golfing, and hiking.
