“Initially I saw two medical students who were very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit with this doctor and he was quite arrogant initially and obviously hadn't reviewed my medical history. This was not a typical experience with St. Luke's physicians. I am going to physical therapy and will have my follow up visit with him. Hopefully that visit will be a more pleasant experience.”

“I had severe hand pain and went to Urgent care the previous day. They did X-rays and said I had severe osteoarthritis of CMC joint and a partial collapse of the traparezium. I tried to get an appointment with Dr. Matullo who was not available but Dr. McCafferty was available to see me immediately. He reviewed X-rays and suggested I see Dr. Matullo for possible hand surgery. Dr. McCafferty was arranged for me to see Dr. Matullo within a day and provide meds to ease the pain in the meantime.”
