“This visit with VALERIE BOND was only for a surgical clearance set up by the surgeon's team which is why I left some questions blank. She was very helpful to me in answering any questions I had regarding pre and post surgery.”

“I got my appointment time mixed up and was 5 hours early. The entire team there went out of their way to accommodate me. I never expected that and it was a bright spot of my day. All the people were very friendly.”
