“My visits with Dr. Myers are always fairly quick. She goes through my medications and asks if there have been any changes and if any refills are needed. She asks if I've changed my mind about having any of the recommended screenings, which I have always declined. She doesn't try to change my mind because she knows, after having me as a patient for many years, that it wouldn't do any good. I appreciate and respect that. I'm also terrible about going for the blood work and urinalysis that she wants, but she will simply remind me and encourage me to get them done. In short, she respects my wishes and never pushes me to do anything with which I wouldn't be comfortable.”

“Dr. Myers is an excellent doctor. She sometimes runs behind but I appreciate that she runs behind because she takes the time to listen to her patients, get the whole picture and then work with them to provide them with the information necessary for their care. I have seen other doctors, specialists especially, who can't seem to be bothered to listen before deciding on dictating a course of action. Dr. Myers is a refreshingly "old fashioned" family doctor who is genuinely concerned with her patient's well being.”

She gives all of her patients an adequate amount of time and listens to us. We are never rushed. I asked Dr Myers about my neck pain. She examined my neck saying it could be arthritis. She gave me exercises to do, ordered an xray and PT.”
