Tom earned his Bachelor's in Athletic Training with a minor in Psychology from Frostburg State University and later moved on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Widener University. Tom is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. He believes in thorough education and manual intervention to assist with general orthopedic injuries. Tom also has in depth education with vestibular rehabilitation and finds great value with using this to alleviate symptoms in his patients who suffer from vestibular dysfunction. His philosophical approach to care and belief for positive patient outcomes are listening, education, manual treatment and proper exercise prescription to allow patients to be able to achieve their goals of recreational exercise, hobbies, vocational demands and life enjoyment. Tom in his spare time enjoys running, hiking, fishing and other outdoor activities with his wife and family.
