I am a board certified radiologist, completing a fellowship in Cross-Sectional Body Imaging at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 2006. I joined St. Luke’s University Health Network in 2006.
While my focus is in body imaging, particularly CT, ultrasound and MRI, my practice spans a wide spectrum of general diagnostic radiology including x-ray, fluoroscopy, thyroid biopsy, and sentinel lymph node injection (lymphoscintigraphy).
With my expertise in MRI, I have helped design many of the abdominal and pelvic protocols utilized in our practice today. This includes MR Enterography, a technique our pediatric gastroenterologists have found invaluable in evaluating our youngest patients for inflammatory bowel disease, without the need for radiation.
I am also the Chairman of the Radiology Department Performance Improvement Committee, helping ensure that St. Luke’s provides the highest caliber of imaging services to our patients and referring physicians. It’s a privilege to work in a health system that places such a strong emphasis on continuous quality improvement.
