“I have had so many bad surgical experiences in my life that I've grown really fearful of any anesthetic procedures to the point of anxiety/panic attacks. It helps me when I know what to expect from the procedure so I can mentally prepare. I called the office a week prior to the appointment and the receptionists were so so nice!! They walked me through everything that would happen on the day of the appointment and it made me feel so much better. I requested at least one female (anyone, a nurse, student, doctor, etc) to be In the room with me during the procedure and they did everything in their power to make it happen! They remembered on the day and each nurse made sure to touch base with me on it, as they saw a note in the computer! All the nurses noticed I was uncomfortable and asked what I was uneasy about and made sure to quell my fears! They were SO nice! Dr. Modi was also really nice and brought a chill presence to the room! He answered all my questions before hand as well as after. However, I don't know if it was just my bad reaction to the propofol, but I was so out of it when he was giving me results, I had to ask my family afterwords what he said because I genuinely didn't remember. But even with that, it all went super well considering my fears!! I would recommend this office to everyone!! Big thanks to everyone!!”
