“I was surprised that a receptionist was not available at check-in. This was my first time being forced to use a kiosk. I continue to be surprised by the emphasis placed on BMI. It's a "quick math" metric that ignores so many variables and misrepresents athletes with higher muscle mass. Any metric that would classify an all pro NFL wide receiver as overweight should not be used by medical professionals.”
