I believe in and am committed to providing the highest quality preventative and evidence-based medical care to my patients and their families. I pride myself on getting to know my patients and understanding their lifestyles, health goals, and challenges. The most valuable skill I have learned over the years is the importance of listening to the patient. Talking less and listening more helps me deliver the most effective care.

I am a board-certified outpatient family medicine physician who joined St. Luke’s University Health Network in the summer of 2022 after practicing at another area network for several years.

Outside work, I am an avid hiker. I also enjoy kayaking, reading books about self-improvement and mindfulness, traveling and spending time with my cat Freddie.
