“I was so happy with the care my children received. Despite an unknown diagnosis due to possible viral infection I felt validated and confident that I made the right decision to bring my kids to be seen. Ms. Newman gave us clear guidance on when to seek further medical care and updated our Tylenol/ibuprofen dosage for accurate treatment of both my kids fevers. The medical technician was kind and supportive to the kids and the swabs they needed done. She was clear with the procedure that was about to be performed and calm and supportive throughout.
