St. Luke's Pediatric Endocrinology - Center Valley
I am a board-certified pediatric endocrinologist, and I joined St. Luke’s in 2012. I have a practice dedicated to treating children with a variety of endocrine conditions including diabetes, obesity-related issues, thyroid disease, growth pathologies, disorders of puberty, adolescent menstrual disorders, and many others. I love working with children of all ages, and it is so rewarding to help my patients and their families acquire the tools they need to successfully manage their conditions! I also teach Pediatrics at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, which enhances my medical practice – my students are always asking challenging questions that keep me on my toes! Most importantly, I am a parent as well as a doctor, and I spend most of my free time with my family. I enjoy cooking, running, and trying to keep up with my kids.

“This was a second opinion endocrinology appointment. Our ORIGINAL provider was so very rude to my daughter and made her feel horrible about herself. Dr Abrams changed all of that. I cannot say enough things that would praise Dr Abrams. She spent time with my daughter, reassured her, explained her disease process to her on a level that she understands. Dr Abrams is an AMAZING provider and we are very happy with making the switch to her.”

“We absolutely love Dr. Abrams and are thankful to have her as our son's doctor! In all honesty, the new pediatric center is over the top. The waiting room is sensory overload for anyone not a toddler. The new office has different front desk staff every time we go for an appointment and I fill out the same forms every time, even when I do an online check in.”

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our
nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do

“Excellent care Dr Abrams took time to explain the bone growth xray so I could understand what we were looking at.”
