“My visit with Nancy Gilliam was very positive. She really listened to my concerns I had about the fact that I have a very hard time with any type of medication and I needed it documented on my chart for all future visits. Any negative scores I gave in this survey were not against Nancy, but the lack of understanding I got by other people in the office when I called several times about the bad side affects I was having with the beta blocker they put me on. Nancy was the first person I saw and spoke in this office to that truly listened to me when I explained how bad the medication made me feel.”
