“I have never given a 10 before, but Dr. Pagan was nothing short of amazing. I would also give the receptionist a 10, something else I've never done before. They were both top notch. I was dreading the appointment, and now I'm looking forward to returning!I don't know if anyone actually looks at these surveys, but I would like to suggest that St. Luke's change the order of the responses to the "What is your race" question. Please consider changing the responses to be listed in alphabetical order, rather than listing White first, which can be construed as being racist. Thank you for your consideration.”
