I am a full-time clinical assistant professor at Temple University School of Medicine. I received my medical degree and internal medicine training from Damascus University School of Medicine, Syria. I then completed internal medicine training at Drexel University in Philadelphia, and later completed my pulmonary and critical care fellowship training at Albert Einstein Medical Center, also in Philadelphia. I joined St. Luke’s in 2016 and practice primarily at the Allentown, Bethlehem and Sacred Heart campuses.
I am highly trained in performing endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) bronchoscopy, and very interested in ultrasound utilization in pulmonary and critical care. I am passionate about teaching and am involved in various education activities.
I reside in Bethlehem with my wife and three children. I enjoy spending my spare time with family and attending my childrens’ activities in music and sports.
