“Lorraine is very knowledgeable and patient and empathic. My mother, Lucille, is legally blind and 97 years old. I am her daughter, snd HIPAA representative. Lorraine was helpful for my mother's GI complaints, as well as being supportive while not suggesting anything invasive. She was very conscious of supportive care at this time. Diane Rapp”
