St. Luke's Bushkill Family Practice
I was born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, where my family has lived for generations. I was accepted into an accelerated course of study at Wilkes University and Hahnemann University. I was able to earn both my Bachelor’s and my medical degree in just six years. After obtaining my degrees and board certification in 1986, I opened my medical practice in Bath, PA. We joined the St. Luke’s University Health Network in 2010.
Having been in the community for so long, I really enjoy getting to know my patients and growing with them. We often see multiple generations of families as patients bring their teenage children or elderly parents in. New patients are always welcome.
I am a primary care physician, who is board certified in internal medicine. I provide general medical care, school physicals, hospital care, preoperative evaluations, and care for chronic medical conditions.

“Every time I visit Dr. Blose, the receptionist, the nurses and the doctor herself are the best. My last visit on January 24th after talking for awhile Dr. Blose checked my heart rate. She immediately had an EKG done in the office and then had me go right to the hospital with the EKG printout. She was going to call an ambulance but I had a ride. She told me to go to the emergency entrance and show them the EKG results. When I did they rushed me right into the ER and got my heart rate down from 150 beats a minute to under 70 beats. If she didn't listen to my heart and act appropriately I might have had a stroke or heart attack. I was lucky to find such a caring doctor when I moved here.”

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our
nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do
