“Dr. Smith could not have been more professional, or had better bedside manner. I am very impressed with her. I am the father of the patient, and my daughter is an intellectually disabled adult. Dr. Smith took the time to take care of my needs and questions, as well as treating my daughter with care and compassion. Though we did not speak on the phone in the three months prior to the visit ( as the survey asked), we did communicate via the patient portal, and Dr. Smith was prompt and complete in all of the messaging.”

“I could not have asked for a better experience! From check-in to check-out, and everything in-between, it was great! Everyone I interacted with was courteous, professional, respectful, kind and caring. The very nature of this type of appointment/exam creates some level of anxiety/trepidation and general uncomfortableness. However, those feelings quickly dissipated after being treated with a high level of dignity! The medical assistant who took my BP, reviewed medications/supplements and medical history was the BEST!!! I wish I could recall her name, but I relayed this feedback to Dr. Smith during my appointment. Hopefully, her name is in my chart/records from that day. She deserves BIG "props!" I'm especially grateful that she waited to take my BP after verifying all other in-take info. It gave me a chance to "settle in", so I was in a calmer state. My BP was (surprisingly) in normal ranges, despite having used my asthma inhalers prior to leaving home. They typically raise my BP and make me "jittery". The M/A's demeanor was very compassionate, empathetic and calming! As for Dr. Smith....she is the BEST too!!! She's consistently respectful, kind, caring, compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable!!! I've been very blessed to have her and Dr. Mary Pagan interchangeably care for me over the course of many years. They performed my prior surgery together in 2012. I'm SO grateful they are continuing as in-network providers on the St. Luke's/Stoneridge OB/GYN team!!! Thank You for the opportunity to share feedback and the tremendous level of care given!!! KUDOS TO ALL STAFF!!!”
