I was born and raised in Scranton, PA and graduated from the University of Scranton with a degree in biology. I earned my medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, then completed my internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood PA. In 2010, I joined Bux-Mont Gastroenterology, which became part of the St Luke's University Health Network in 2019.

I enjoy working closely with my patients to customize their plan of care to help guide them to better digestive health. I am interested in all aspects of gastroenterology but have particular interest in colon cancer prevention. My grandfather developed colon cancer at a young age before colon cancer screening was widely available, and this sparked my initial interest in gastroenterology. 

When not at work, I enjoy time with my family and spending time outdoors alpine skiing, running and cycling. I particularly enjoy my latest challenge, teaching my daughters to ski.
