I am a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner with many years of experience working to improve our pediatric population's overall health and well-being. My approach to patient care begins by listening to the concerns of my patients and their families/caregivers. Involving the patient and their family is very important when providing recommendations and developing an individualized treatment plan led by evidence-based medicine.
I obtained my registered nurse diploma from Conemaugh School of Nursing and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Moravian University. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing after completing the pediatric nurse practitioner program at Maryville University. As a pediatric nurse practitioner, I have experience working in developmental and behavioral pediatrics and pediatric neurodevelopmental genetics.
I enjoy being outdoors with my husband and our two children in my free time. We love to hike, bike and kayak! We also like traveling and touring science and art museums.
