I am a board certified pediatrician at St Luke's University Health Network. My practice located in Harleysville is dedicated to providing high-quality health care to children of all ages and helping them reach their full potentials.
I believe that it is such a privilege to be a part of each family’s journey. Every family has unique values, priorities and stories to tell. I take the family’s trust of my medical advice very seriously and strive to treat each and every child as if I am his or her family member.
As a child of an immigrant family, I have learned how important it is for a child to have a pediatrician who understands his or her unique need. I initially studied to become a teacher while at the University of Virginia, then went onto study medicine at Virginia Tech School of Medicine to help children when they are sick and scared. During my residency at Georgetown, I practiced pediatrics not only in an acute setting, but also in preventive settings to better ensure children’s health.
Throughout my training and early career, I developed interests in a variety of pediatric fields, including providing comprehensive newborn care, monitoring physical and emotional development of children, managing chronic illness and helping with behavioral concerns that might be debilitating for the child.
In our Harleysville clinic, my colleagues and I offer families a team approach to optimize this process for the family. We also work closely together with our colleagues in St. Luke’s Quakertown Pediatrics and St. Luke’s Upper Bucks Campus.
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family, traveling and trying new food. I also enjoy reading and writing stories about my family.
