“This provider is very good, but needs to work a little bit more on eye contact when speaking to the patient. Also, after signing in to the kiosk and waiting to be called, the PA had to come out and ask reception why I wasn't fully checked in even though the computer said I was "present". They needed to scan my insurance card into the system. The reception area was not paying attention and for this reason caused me to wait longer than necessary. Overall, the PA went over everything thoroughly in the computer and was professional. The doctor is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was also professional.”

“Just to clarify, my PCP retired May 31, 2024, so I made this appointment with Dr. Nothstein to be established as his patient moving forward. I chose a St. Luke's office closer to home. Dr. Nothstein was very thorough and ordered all of the testing that was necessary as well as one that I had never had, but was a very good idea to get. I appreciate the care I was provided by Dr. Nothstein and his staff!”
