St. Luke's Orthopedic Care - Anderson Campus
I am a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in general orthopedics. My philosophy is to provide comprehensive orthopedic care for your entire family — your son, daughter, aunt, uncle, mom, dad and grandparents. I handle a wide variety of orthopedic cases, and if I can’t assist you, I will refer you to the appropriate subspecialist.
I understand that medicine is a complex language that requires interpretation. I believe in educating my patients about their conditions as thoroughly as I would want to be educated on complicated subjects.
Born in the coal region of Pennsylvania, home of Mrs. T’s Pierogies, I attended East Stroudsburg University, where I played football and graduated magna cum laude. I then earned a master’s of physical therapy degree from Allegheny University (formerly Hahnemann/Drexel University). After graduating, I worked as a licensed physical therapist in the Mercy Health System of Philadelphia for five years.
I pursued further education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). After earning my medical degree, I completed an internship at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem. I then continued my residency training at PCOM, graduating as an orthopedic surgeon. That same year, I joined St. Luke’s University Health Network, where I have been practicing orthopedics for the past 13 years.
I live in the Center Valley area and enjoy spending time with my immediate and extended family, cooking, attending sporting events and tackling DIY (do it yourself) projects. I am a member of the Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society and primarily work at St. Luke’s Anderson Campus in Easton. I truly enjoy working with the outstanding orthopedic team and providing the best orthopedic care to my patients.

Hopefully the Issue will not get worse because the first appointment for an emg Is In April, 2025 7 months from now! And when I asked If It was best to wait til I had test results to see the specialist I was told It was up to me. I said I don't have enough Information to decide that. The person on the phone said I should ask the specialist. Lol.”

“Dr. Sacco was terrific. He listened to my concerns and was honest about what I could expect with my recovery. I have a long recovery ahead of me and discussed this extensively with me. I was glad he was the surgeon on call the night I fell and broke my leg. He's a keeper!”
