“Dr Rana is a great doctor. Very caring and always takes his time with you. The bad part about the office is getting medication refilled and prior authorizations. It's a horrible system that St Luke's needs to do something about. I've had to call so many times for help. Hours spent on something that shouldn't take that long. It was never like that when Dr Rana's office was private. It's only since St Luke's bought the practice. I will say that Joyce and Crystal in the office are super helpful.”
