St. Luke's Lehigh Primary Care
As a family nurse practitioner, I am focused on health promotion and the prevention and management of disease across the lifespan. I believe in empowering individuals and families to achieve their highest levels of self-care. Educating my patients is a priority as this allows for a collaborative approach to care.
I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Cedar Crest College, and I have training in basic life support for health care professionals. I am trained and credentialed as a rehabilitation nurse, and I have specialized experience with patients who have suffered brain injury, concussion, stroke and spinal cord injury. I help patients navigate resources locally and collaborate inter-professionally with expert colleagues to promote wellness and healing.
Outside of work, I am a full-time mom of four. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. We are adventurous. Whether it’s a day trip or a long vacation, we are always excited for new places.

“I was looking for a new doctor because my original doctor retired and his replacement had no clues about me. I had blood work done and the doctors office called and told me my blood work was very serious . I need to stop smoking which I did 15 years ago. I needed to stop drinking alcohol. I never drink and I need to lose weight which I just dropped 20 lbs. When I went in to see heather she had all my records and said how much better they were from the last 6 months. You tell me who does their job and who does not.”
