St. Luke's Lehigh Primary Care
As a family nurse practitioner, I am focused on health promotion and the prevention and management of disease across the lifespan. I believe in empowering individuals and families to achieve their highest levels of self-care. Educating my patients is a priority as this allows for a collaborative approach to care.
I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Cedar Crest College, and I have training in basic life support for health care professionals. I am trained and credentialed as a rehabilitation nurse, and I have specialized experience with patients who have suffered brain injury, concussion, stroke and spinal cord injury. I help patients navigate resources locally and collaborate inter-professionally with expert colleagues to promote wellness and healing.
Outside of work, I am a full-time mom of four. I enjoy reading and spending time with my family. We are adventurous. Whether it’s a day trip or a long vacation, we are always excited for new places.

“The best about Heather is that she makes me comfortable around her. There is never any judgement with anything I tell her, and she is very down to earth. I used to have doctors that I hated going to but I do not feel that way with Heather. I am comfortable with telling her anything about me and that's how your relationship with your doctor should be.”
