I am excited to be back in my hometown practicing medicine and caring for my community. I grew up on the outskirts of Jim Thorpe, PA where my parents still reside and attended the Jim Thorpe Area School district. While in high school I was very active with the local fire/EMS community which is where I developed my love of medicine and community service.
I attended Binghamton University where I attained my BS in chemistry, followed by American University of The Caribbean where I earned my MD. I completed my specialty training in rural family medicine here at St. Luke’s University Health Network where I also served as Chief Resident. I was also fortunate enough to earn a fellowship designation in the field of Wilderness medicine.
I am particularly proud to be able to provide full spectrum and procedural care to this area. Given my training in rural medicine, I am comfortable providing care to all ages including newborns and am trained in a vast array of procedures.
In my spare time, I continue to volunteer with local fire/EMS/SAR teams where I hold a pre-hospital EMS physician certification and am an avid fisherman and outdoorsman.
