“This was an initial visit at the direction of my primary care physician for the purpose of discussing my continuing schedule of colonoscopies due to a family history of colon cancer. I felt very comfortable with the doctor and his staff, and felt like I was in very good hands.”

“This was a 6 month visit to this surgeon who did my colon operation. I felt such confidence with him since before surgery and We had a good patient/doctor relationship. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has a colorectal problem.”

“It was a good visit. The doctor explained that banding was not an indicated option for me at this time. He prescribed diet and increasing fiber intake as the better treatment at this time. I understood his explanation well.”

“My overall experience on 11-14-2023 at the Easton location for the St.Luke's Colorectal Physician Group was great & I am so thankful that Dr.Dan Eyvazzadeh did an excellent job in taking care of me - this was the appointment that planned my surgery. I signed my surgical consent in the office that day & was given a surgery date, which was such a relief! This MD appointment was also moved up, from what would have been an appointment on 12-19-2023 to follow up with my care & the concern that needed surgery. I had requested to be seen sooner than the 12-19 appointment because I was suffering with the issue & explained this over the phone to the office staff. I was very relieved that I was given the appointment on 11-14-2023 & actually was able to have my surgery completed on 12-14-2023 by Dr.Dan Eyvazzadeh & that everything went very well. The Easton office location staff were all very kind, understanding, & supportive.”
