“Dr. Manzella is compassionate, able to apply learned knowledge to evaluate my situation, and has an excellent bedside manner. On the other hand, while Manzella was on vacation, I had several welts on my scalp, was worried about potential tick bites and Lyme disease, and Dr. Shetayh only recommended a followup appointment for abscesses. The following day I picked a tick off of my scalp. Additionally, don't push me to see a NP or another MD because my doctor has no appointments available, I'll go to urgent care, pay the 'ER' fee, and play medical-provider-roulette. "Life is like an urgent care provider, you never know who you're gonna get."”

“I woke up September 16 with shingles on my left torso. I called the doctor Colleen E Manzella, DO and I was given an appointment for that very day. Medication was prescribed which I started that same day. As I was treated so quickly the shingles was not painful and healed quickly.”

“This was the 1st time I saw this provider, Dr. Manzella. I found her to be extremely compassionate, listen to what I had to say and also took her time with the examination and collecting my health information. I also was extremely impressed and very happy with her nurse's assistant who didn't rush right away to take my blood pressure. My experiences in the past was that my blood pressure was very high when first arriving to a health care office due to having some anxiety. In this office I was able to relax myself a few minutes before having my blood pressure taken, therefore more of an accurate number rather than a higher number due to anxiety when you first arrive at a doctor's office. I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Manzella and the entire office.”
