“Out of all my experiences with all the doctors I've had in Pennsylvania when I was younger, in Arizona more recently, and the most recent in New Jersey: based on my first visit here, I like St Luke's and particularly my provider the best. I had a favorite PCP in Arizona, but I had to leave her because she went into an administrative position. I couldn't find another doctor that I liked after that, even in New Jersey. But my first time here with Dr Richards was much more than satisfactory - it was exemplary. I really appreciate everyone I interacted with when I showed up for my appointment, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I expected indifference at the worst and rushing me through things at the best, because that's what I've experienced in the past. I did not get that here, everyone was patient and took their time to ask me questions and also to explain things to me. I got more information out of my first meeting with Dr Richards than I had out of the first few years with my favorite provider in Arizona. If I could give her and her staff more than 10 stars, I would.”

I was so impressed with her that I switched my 95 year old mother to Dr. Richards. She listened to all our concerns. She and her staff are certainly a credit to the St Luke's Health System. “I just switched prividers due to my PCP moved a distance away. Dr Richards is 15 mins from my home. After researching for a new PCP, I read Dr Richard's reviews and found them all favorable. I made an appointment to meet Dr Richards and was highly impressed with her professionalism, attentiveness, understanding, and genuine care for me as her patient. I highly recommend her to all my family members and friends.”
