“When I have to visit my family doctor I generally see a different doctor at South Mountain Family Practice. This was not a routine visit my usual doctor was not available so I accepted the earliest open appointment possible and saw Carol Trapp. She was very professional, courteous, and polite during my visit for some serious respiratory difficulties which I was experiencing at that time. I wouldn't hesitate with seeing My usual doctor or Carol Trapp at anytime In the future !!! Please keep hiring this type of professional medical talent and patients will be happy with their care.”

“My provider Carol A Trapp, CRNP ordered an Ultra sound. I had the ultra sound at 5 pm on a Friday. That evening (Friday), the doctor on call called me at 8:30 pm with the results and told me what to do next. My doctor sent in a prescription and I was able to pick up my medicine before the pharmacy closed at 9 pm! The on-call doctor was caring, and all very quick and thorough. I was able to start the medicine ASAP. It was a great experience.”
