I am an emergency medical (EMS) physician at St. Luke's University Health Network, where I serve as the EMS Fellowship director. I have professional and research interests in quality improvement and patient safety.
I completed my residency in emergency medicine at St. Luke's University Health Network and my EMS fellowship at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. I am the chair of the National Association of EMS Physicians (NAEMSP) Quality and Safety Committee, a member of the NAEMSP quality and safety course faculty and co-chair of the NEMSQA Measure Development Committee. I also serve as medical director for the city of Bethlehem Bureau of EMS, president of the Eastern PA EMS Council and medical advisor of the Northeast Pennsylvania Healthcare Coalition. Additionally, I am an active member of the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council Medical Advisory Committee.
A life-long scout and Eagle Scout, I am the medical director of the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia, where I was appointed the chair of emergency management of the 2026 National Scout Jamboree.
