I choose a career in family medicine in order to help treat and care for patients in all stages of life. I see newborns through geriatric patients and everyone in between. Being a family doctor allows me to learn about my patients, grow with them and their families over time and develop long lasting relationships within the community I serve. I believe it is an honor and a privilege to have patients trust you and confide in you during some of the most difficult times in their lives. My goal is to encourage my patients to live healthy and fulfilling lives and to help them especially in times when they need it most.
As a Pennsylvania native, I could not be happier to be living and working here in the greater Lehigh Valley. Growing up outside of Pottsville, PA, I obtained my undergraduate degree from Elizabethtown College and my medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia.
I first arrived at St. Luke’s in 2015 to complete my residency in Family Medicine at St. Luke’s Bethlehem Campus where I also served as chief resident during my last year of training. I joined St. Luke’s Pennsburg Family Practice following completion of my residency in 2018. I am currently board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
The most precious gift in my life is that of my family, and I spend my free time enjoying the company of my husband, son, large extended family and of course our family dog. I enjoy running, theatre, dance and the arts, and I am an avid country music fan. I look forward to continuing to meet and care for those patients who are part of our St. Luke’s Family.
