St. Luke's Orthopedic Care - Whitehall
As an osteopathic-trained primary care sports medicine physician, I strongly believe in the tenets of osteopathic medicine, and take a whole-body, patient-centered approach to treatment. I specialize in non-operative musculoskeletal care, managing acute injuries, chronic injuries, overuse injuries and fractures. I also focus on relative energy deficiency syndrome (RED-S), a condition of low energy availability that affects male and female athletes of all levels and ages, concussion management and landmark (intramuscular) or ultrasound-guided injections.
I earned an undergraduate degree in kinesiology (the scientific study of human body movement) from Pennsylvania State University. I went on to earn my master’s degree in anatomical science from Lincoln Memorial University and an osteopathic doctorate in osteopathic medicine from Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, both in Tennessee. I completed my family medicine residency at Suburban Community Hospital in Norristown, PA.
Prior to my medical schooling, I participated in gymnastics and cheerleading. When my personal gymnastics career came to an end, I started coaching as a USA Gymnastics (USGA)-certified coach. In 2014, I joined the Pennsylvania Army National Guard to continue in my family’s footsteps, and I continue to serve today.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and exploring new places, foods and outdoor sports and activities.

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our
nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.

“Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. I made the appointment here because the location was convenient and there was an immediate opening, but the treatment I received exceeded my expectations.”
