I am a board-certified neurologist at St. Luke's University Health Network. I provide virtual consultation for patients with neurological complaints, including stroke, headache, seizure and the like using cutting-edge technology called "telemedicine." Through telemedicine, I ensure that every patient receives the appropriate neurological expertise regardless of whether you are a patient at one of our network hospitals, or go to a remote stand-alone emergency room.
I earned my MD at the University of Aleppo and completed a neurology residency followed by pain management fellowship at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in New York. My research has focused on improving quality of care to neurology patients, and on treatment of pain with of neurologic origin, such as headache.
Outside work, I enjoy travel and cooking. I am an avid crossfitter as well. However, my biggest joy comes from spending time with my wife and young daughter.
