My approach to pain medicine is simple: I do my best to listen to each patient carefully and provide an individualized care plan to address their needs. I educate patients as best I can about the treatments I provide and methods they can use to help themselves. While we have amazing technology now to deliver advanced pain care, such as neuromodulation, what matters most is knowing that reducing pain symptoms is not a sprint. I hope to improve patient’s pain through the latest interventional techniques and strategies that are effective for long-term management.
I earned my medical degree at Jefferson Medical College and completed my anesthesia residency there. Afterward, I completed my pain fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. After my last year of training, I started my career in the Hudson Valley in New York. After five years of practice in New York, my journey finally brought me back to my home state of Pennsylvania.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with my good friends. I have two wonderful children, a daughter and a son, who certainly keep me busy outside of work.
