“The office is very clean. Office staff and Annmarie Mateo and the medical team are very informative and knowledgeable in answering my questions regarding processes of diagnostics including insurance authorization time.I saved so much time calling scheduling and I was able to plan my bloodwork draw day prior to CT scan and I have an idea when to schedule my appointment next.I appreciate this a lot. Knowing what is the next step.Highly recommend!”

“Evidently I had a stroke I knew nothing about she, Annmarie Mateo made me realize I needed to take a statin because I had a stroke even though I it happened a long time ago she order a mri and some additional blood work”

“This provider has gone above and beyond to try to resolve my health issues. While I still struggle with recurrent long-lasting migraines Ms Mateo has continued to try to work with me to improve the impact migraines have on my daily functioning. My appreciation of her care has led to my referring my adult son to her for treatment of migraines. What this survey does not ask is the providers responses on the portal. I have messaged her multiple times and she has generally responded same day- which is much appreciated.”

“The front staff had scheduled my appointment incorrectly and the provider ANNMARIE MATEO along with the MA were very accommodating and fast to get the issues resolved because I had driven and was missing work . I was very relieved in many ways one because I was able to get my injection for my migraines and two I would t have to drive back and miss work . Thank you thank you great job !”

“The practitioner Annmarie Mateo was very impressive. She had a pleasant personality and was excellent with questions and review of my medical record and a plan of action and was speaking in terms that a non medical person can understand and did not rush through”

“This was a hospital f/u for fractured skull w a bleed. A major TBI. I received excellent care @ the Bethlehem campus. Upon discharge, I had major issues w vomiting which impacted my ability to take all the f/u meds. Annmarie listened carefully. Changed all my meds to sublingual & made my antiemetic round the clock instead of prn.I'm certain I would have been re-hospitalized for electrolyte imbalances or seizures without her intervention. I felt listened to, cared for & cared about.She's an amazing asset to St Luke's.”
