St. Luke's Orthopedic Care - Bethlehem
My goal when treating patients is to help them reclaim their lives by restoring pain-free movement. The mission of my practice is to provide individualized, specialized, and compassionate care.
I am joining St. Luke’s after completing a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at UT Houston McGovern School of Medicine in Texas and an orthopedic surgery residency at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem.
As an adult reconstruction specialist, I focus on treating arthritic hip and knee conditions. Utilizing the most current surgical tools and techniques, I work with each patient to develop a comprehensive treatment plan to reduce pain, gain strength and range of motion, and improve function.
For those who have previously undergone a hip or knee replacement but are still experiencing mobility issues, revision surgery may be a viable option. I am dedicated to identifying the root of the problem and working with patients on solutions that best fit their lifestyle and mobility goals.
Research is the cornerstone of providing high-quality patient care. To that end, I conduct ongoing studies that focus on enhancing patient safety through data monitoring, reducing the potential for infection by improving surgical sterility, and examining post-operative outcomes.
Providing exceptional care is my passion, and I hope to share that with every patient who comes through my door.
Outside work, I enjoy getting involved in the Bethlehem community with my wife. I am also a hobby woodworker focusing on period-style reproduction furniture.

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our
nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.

“I was so impressed by the level of professionalism in that practice, from the resident to the doctor to the surgery scheduler. I felt that the doctor listened to me very carefully, understood my worries, and explained things in a way that made me comfortable following through with his recommendations. That level of respect is commendable and appreciated! I feel much more at ease!”
