Amy received her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from James Madison University along with a minor in Spanish. She is trained with SOS Approach to feeding and Visual Phonics. She has received her certification to use Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation for Dysphagia with adults. Amy currently works with patient of all ages and diverse diagnoses. Her philosophy surrounds helping each individual to communicate and eat as effectively as they can. She appreciates the multidisciplinary rehab team approach used at St. Luke’s to provide the most optimal care for each patient. Outside of the office, she enjoys supporting the local schools and athletic programs through volunteering in a variety of ways.
