“I had a recent health concern arise and called my neurologist office. I knew it was likely that I would have at least a few weeks wait to get in. My usual provider was unavailable that day but she did recommend that I be seen as soon as possible. Due to a power outage, Dr. Mendez had a few openings. She was doing mostly virtual visits that day but offered to go out of her way to come to another office just to see me that same day I called with my concern. She was absolutely excellent. Spent over an hour with me and was extremely thorough. She ordered the necessary testing and then scheduled me for follow up with her during her office hours just to fit me in. I felt extremely cared for and could not be more satisfied with Dr. Mendez. She is truly an asset to St. Luke's. I would highly recommend her!”

“I was so nervous for this appointment, it was a check up after a hospital visit. Dr Mendez and staff were absolutely amazing. The staff were super helpful and nice. Dr Mendez sat with me explaining everything for a decent amount of time, she was very very thorough and might've caught something that others missed. I am extremely grateful I went to see her”
